 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • During peak times or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

 Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and shipping preference.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.

 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

 Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • Four D’s is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Four D’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or claim.
